Affordable options for families and organizations to enjoy a day or night out! We have birthday party packages, group rates, lock-ins and can create packages that will work with your group. Party Packages can be scheduled any day of the week! If you're looking for a quieter day in the facility, consider a week night! Pool Party packages are restricted to days with an Open Swim scheduled (M, W, F, Sa, Su during the winter).

There is also a Frequently Answered Questions (FAQ) section at the end of this page for any questions you may need answered! If your question is not answered in the FAQ, please reach out. We are happy to answer all and any questions!
 
Birthday Packages


Swim Party Package
$125 for 12 swimmers ($6 per swimmer extra)
A party room for 90 minutes, use of the swimming pool and water slide (if available) during open swim.

 

Open swim on Saturdays is 1-5pm, on Sundays 1-4pm (we are closed on Sundays Memorial Day - Labor Day).

Playground Party Package

$125 for 12 kids ($4 per child extra)

Party room for 90 minutes and unlimited access to playground

Bounce House Party Package
Enjoy 2 hours in a party room, and 2 hours in a bounce house!

Gym Rentals


One Court (1/2 Gym)
Members and Non-Profits: $30/hr or $150 for the day
Non-members and other businesses/groups: $40/hr or $200 for the day

Two Courts (Full Gym)
Members and Non-Profits: $45/hr or $250 for the day
Non-members and other businesses/groups: $55/hr or $350 for the day

Meeting Rooms

​

Derksen Room
Capacity comfortably around 40. We have seated over 40 when in need. This room has a sink, fridge/freezer and microwave available.

​

Meixell Room
Capacity roughly 100. Comfortably seats around 72, but we have seated over 90. We are able to seat more people without tables. With tables, we can seat 50 people. Multiple set-up options available. 

​

Jones Room

Comfortably seats 25, but we have seated up to 35. This room has a small counter space with outlets (fridge/freezer space available as needed)​​​​

$50/hr for up to 25 people (kids and adults in the pool area)

Up to 20 people in pool area: $140/hr
21 to 40 people in the pool area: $180/hr
41 to 80 people in the pool area: $220/hr
81 to 100 people in the pool area: $260/hr
100+: use the above rates

Large Groups or Reunions


Group Rates
$6.00 per person and an additional $1.00 for the slide pass (For groups of 12+). Spectators are $3.00 per person.

4-Hour Lock-in
Includes 2 hours swimming (time restrictions may apply), use of the gym, meeting room, volleyball nets, basketball nets, scooters, climbing wall and other equipment with arrangements made.

  • Up to 50 people (chaperones and students/families): $350

  • 51-100 people (chaperones and students/families): $450

  • Each additional person over 100 is $2 each.

Overnight Lock-in
Includes 2 hours swimming (time restrictions may apply), use of the gym, meeting room, volleyball nets, basketball nets, scooters, climbing wall and other equipment with arrangements made.

  • Up to 50 people (chaperones and students/families): $550

  • 51-100 people (chaperones and students/families): $650

  • Each additional person over 100 is $2 each.

Rental FAQ:


Q: Can I bring in outside food/drink?
A: Yes! You can bring in store bought, home cooked, catered, etc. food or drinks! We do not allow alcohol in our facility. One party room has a fridge/freezer available to use, but fear not! Our staff is able to store your refrigerated/frozen items even if your room doesn't have one! There are trash & recycling cans in every party room as well for easy clean up!

Q: Can I come in early to set up?

A: Unfortunately we are not always able to allow you in the room before your scheduled rental time. It is always safest to assume no, we cannot get you in early. We space out rental bookings in order to have proper time to clean, reorganize, and spruce the place up before the next rental. This takes us even longer if the previous party did not clean up after themselves.

Q: Can I book more time than the package comes with?

A: You sure can! Let the Rentals Manager know you're wanting more time than what's included on the package and they'll be happy to let you know what's possible!

Q: Do I need to bring tables/chairs?

A: Nope! All party rooms have tables and chairs in them! Just let us know if during your rental you need more than what is in there! We're happy to supply you more seating!

Q: Can I decorate the party room?

A: You sure can! We ask that you do not tape any decorations to the walls, it damages the paint! We are currently working on adding tack strips to the walls to add more space to hang any decorations. You can use table top decorations, or tape to the windows, tables, or doors currently. Please keep the use of glitter decorations to a minimum.

Q: What if I need to reschedule?

A: We're happy to help you with rescheduling! We understand people get sick, the weather isn't favorable, schedules change, etc. We are happy to reschedule your rental to another date that may be available for the facility.

Q: What if I want to cancel my rental?

A: Our cancellation policy is that we do not refund your $25 deposit. However, reach out to the Rentals Manager as early as possible before a cancellation. We are willing to work with you, but only if we are given enough notice to potentially fill the reservation that's being cancelled.

Q: What if the facility closes early/bad weather/no travel advised?

A: Weather related cancellations are not viewed as cancellations. We will attempt to reschedule with you, or work out another option available as needed. We live in Minnesota, so we understand winter time and severe storms can be an issue!

​

Q: Am I only able to schedule parties & room rentals on the weekends?

A: No! We take reservations for every day of the week we are open! In fact, we encourage parties on weekdays! They are typically quieter than weekends, and can give the feel of a private party without needing to pay for one!

​

Q: I left a voicemail/online inquiry, but I haven't heard back yet. Will someone reach out to me?

A: Yes. The Rentals Manager will return your call(s) or send you an email regarding your online inquiry as soon as they are available. If you have not heard anything in 3 business days, please call in again. The Rentals Manager is not in office on weekends, and will not return calls or emails during that time.
