This weighted bar fitness class uses simple exercises that will target every muscle group. The class is based off of the beat of the song so it keeps you motivated to push though! The class is no longer than 45 minutes so you’re in and out before you notice!
Bar Pump/ Kickbox Combo
This 55 minute class starts with barbell strength training and finishes with kickbox and martial arts movements. You will challenge all major muscle groups to improve strength, coordination, and aerobic fitness. Become stronger and release your stress while working out with energizing moves and music.
Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based strength, balance and fitness program for adults 55 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness are the single most important activity that adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the SAIL Program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.
