This weighted bar fitness class uses simple exercises that will target every muscle group. The class is based off of the beat of the song so it keeps you motivated to push though! The class is no longer than 45 minutes so you’re in and out before you notice!
Bar Pump/ Kickbox Combo
This 55 minute class starts with barbell strength training and finishes with kickbox and martial arts movements. You will challenge all major muscle groups to improve strength, coordination, and aerobic fitness. Become stronger and release your stress while working out with energizing moves and music.
Is designed to help maintain bone density and strength through moderate range of motion activities. This is our lowest-strain class and great for older adults or people rehabbing from an injury. THIS CLASS IS FREE!

Tabata focuses on fast based exercise for a set time (ie 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest), this will be the warmup exercises and the finishing core work. In between that we will be playing a “game’ for the workout. Keeping it fun and sure to go fast!
