Wet and Wild
A moderate to high intensity class that focuses on 30-45 minutes of cardio, strength/toning and abdominal exercises. You will be amazed by the resistance the water provides and the refreshing feeling afterwards. We use the entire area of the pool facility including the deep end, zero depth end, deck and the 3.5 foot area.
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays
A lower to moderate intensity class with a focus of 30 minutes of cardiovascular work and also muscle toning and flexibility.
Dates: Monday through Friday
Time: 8-9am during the months of June, July and August
8:30-9:30am during the months of September- May
Note: All skills can be modified and/or adjusted to meet the needs of each individual.
