LCARC fitness Anywhere
While the LCARC is closed we want everyone to stay active! Try some of these workouts you can do anywhere!
Full Body 30 Minute- if you don't have dumbbells use any heavy item you have at home
Tabata with Ryan & Andrew- Ryan and Andrew lead you in a 12-exercise body-weight only Tabata (circuit) routine you can replay 2--4 times for a full workout at home.
Gen X with Renee- Renee leads a 10 minute EMOM workout. Grab a warmup, some dumbbells, soup cans, or water bottles and turn up the tunes!
