Wet 'n' Wild
A moderate to high intensity class that focuses on 30-45 minutes of cardio, up to 15 minutes of strength/toning and up to 15 minutes of abdominal exercises. You will be amazed by the resistance the water provides and the refreshing feeling afterwards. (all areas of the pool may be utilized)
Aqua Fit
Group training program focused on a full 45 minutes of cardio with upper and lower body strengthening exercises slipped into the routine. Each week your instructors will lead you through two pool workouts as well as give you challenges to be completed before the weeks are over. Includes a pre-session and post-session body composition assessment to monitor your progress if you choose.
Members - $40
Non-members - $70
