| Available at no cost: Overhead projector, TV/VCR, Flipchart, and podium. Other equipment available: Coffee ($5/carafe), Wireless keyboard ($10), Scoreboards ($15/each or $25 for both), PA System- cordless ($15), Proxima/DVD ($15), and Gym Equipment ($15). Each individual sport in the gym is considered one item. Except for normal open gym equipment, in which there is no charge for usage (i.e. basketballs and scooters). If equipment is damaged or broken, the renter will pay the full replacement cost. | ||

Concession fee will be included on all rental arrangements that sell food. When setting up for concessions, please be sure that our machines are accessible. LCARC machines will not be turned off or unplugged. |

This fee will be included on all rentals that tart or finish after normal LCARC business hours. After hour lock-ins are exempt to this added fee. |
