Lake Crystal Area Recreation Center is seeking a full time operations manager. Responsibilities include: sales and marketing, supervising and developing department managers and staff, accounting and budget planning and tracking, public relations and overseeing daily operations of the facility. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, a minimum of a BS in business, public administration, operations management or related field.
